Everything works together through one app. Choose a category below to see what we offer.
The control centre of your system. The 7″ touchscreen arms and disarms your security, shows alerts, and has a built-in camera, microphone and speaker for two-way voice. Six built-in radios cover Wi-Fi, cellular, security sensors, Z-Wave, image sensors and Bluetooth, so the panel can talk to your sensors and smart devices. It uses dual-path connectivity (Wi-Fi and cellular), gets over-the-air software updates, and works with Alarm.com for control from the app.
Every camera works through the same app, with video analytics that tell you whether it detected a person, a vehicle, a familiar vehicle or an animal. Record to a microSD card around the clock, or only when motion is detected.
The camera in our current residential offer. HDR video with infrared night vision.
4MP video with HDR, a white spotlight for color night video, and people, animal and vehicle detection. Weather-rated (IP66) and built for temperatures from -50°C to 50°C, with infrared range up to about 15 m (49 ft).
Adds built-in lighting and active deterrence: flashing floodlights and red and blue warning lights.
Clear 1080p video and two-way audio for keeping an eye on the inside of your home.
The same 1080p indoor camera, with support for remote video monitoring.
HDR video and a wired Ethernet connection, for spots where Wi-Fi is weak.

These sensors protect your property from break-ins, fire, flooding and other damage.
A small two-part sensor with a magnet on the door or window frame. If the door or window is opened while the system is armed, the sensor signals the panel.
Detects movement inside a room and signals the panel when the system is armed in Away mode.
Listens for the sound of breaking glass, so it can alert you even if a window is broken without being opened.
Detects smoke and signals the monitoring centre, even when you are not home. You also get a notification in the app.
Detects carbon monoxide, a gas you cannot see or smell, and raises the alarm so you can get everyone out.
Detects water where it should not be, such as near a sump pump, water heater or basement drain, so you can respond before the damage spreads.
Control your home from the app, with your voice or from a wall-mounted tablet, and have it respond to your schedule.
Open and close your garage door from your phone, check whether it is closed, and have it respond when you come and go.
Lock and unlock your front door from the app and give family members their own codes. Set it to unlock on a schedule or when you disarm the system. No more wondering whether you locked up.
Set the temperature from the app, build schedules around your routine, and link it to other devices, for example changing the temperature when the garage door opens.
Features vary by model. On the Prism Series, two-way audio and AI Deterrence need an accessory cable and an external speaker. Ask us which cameras suit your property.
Your system is connected to a monitoring centre that is staffed around the clock. When a sensor is triggered, the centre receives a signal that identifies your account and which sensor went off, then contacts you or sends the right help, whether that is police, fire or paramedics.
The panel sends a signal to the monitoring centre, and an operator sees which device was triggered. They try to confirm the situation with you, and if it is a real emergency, or they cannot confirm it, they send the appropriate emergency services.
No. Our systems communicate over a dedicated cellular connection, so they do not rely on your phone line or home internet to reach the monitoring centre.
A small cellular communicator inside the system sends alarm signals to the monitoring centre over the mobile network, in encrypted form. It keeps working during a phone or internet outage.
Enter your code on the panel to silence the siren. The monitoring centre may then call to confirm you are okay and ask for your verbal password. If you give it correctly, no one is dispatched.
Each sensor has two parts: one on the door or window and a magnet on the frame. Opening the door separates the two, and the sensor sends a signal to the panel. If the system is armed, the alarm goes off.
Stay mode arms the door and window sensors only, so you can move around inside. Away mode also arms the motion sensors, and it is the one to use when the property is empty.
Make sure doors and windows are closed before you arm, and that everyone who uses the property knows how to arm and disarm. If you have pets, ask us about a pet-friendly motion sensor.
The panel will show a notice and let the monitoring centre know. Check which device is affected. Some batteries are easy to swap yourself, and for others you can contact us to arrange a visit. Test your system after any battery change.
No. Just keep your contact list up to date and arm your system before you leave. You can also check on it from the app while you are away.
Beyond break-in protection, you can add smoke and carbon monoxide detection, flood sensors and extreme temperature sensors, all monitored by the same system.
